Victoria is a Women Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. She has been awarded over $10.5 Million Dollars in government contracts including contracts with-GSA, Capitol Hill, Germany Embassy, DOT just to name a few. She has won contracts for her clients that has resulted in well over $20 Million in various NAICS Codes, but her main love and focus is on government Contracts for Small Business entrepreneurs. Her goal is to scale over 1,000 businesses to 6-Figures &; Beyond by 2024 utilizing government contract.

I have been in business for over 15 years providing pest control services. I saw Mrs. M video on her YouTube Channel. I have been cleaning for over 20 years for big name companies, for other people or as a parting job. Government Contracting has always been a passion of mines. About 3 years ago I moved to Nashville from Memphis ten, thinking I was going to continue to be a natural hairstylist however God had other plans for me. Long story short two years ago I decided to start a staffing company. I never learned the business side of things so it’s been very mind blowing.
I must say the little I’ve learned thus far has been working, but it’s not enough. I have to learn everything I can, so I can be the best I can be.
